Council Members,

I have sad news.

Sid Mauldin's long battle with cancer is over. Sid passed away peacefully at his home in Pampa, TX last night at about 11:00 pm. He was with Dawna and family.

The Trials Community has lost a great friend, Sid had been involved with the NATC and trials since the very early years. He had a passion for the sport and was one of its greatest supporters.

Services are pending. I will pass along more information as it becomes available.

Saw this on ADV. Very sad. I never met Sid but have heard nothing but good stories and an amazing passion for the sport. Godspeed...

I had the pleasure of sitting and talking with Sid a couple month's ago at the NATC meeting.  We had a few laughs and revisited memories from the 2015 TX National.  I was glad for the opportunity to visit with him.  [smile]
